Collaborative Courses (SBALC) South Belfast Area LearningCommunity Delivering the Entitlement Framework Victoria College is part of the South Belfast Area Learning Community. All of the schools in this area learning community are committed to providing pupils with access to the Entitlement Framework. If you are interested in studying a GCSE or ALevel subject that is not available in your own school, you may be able to study it at one of the partner schools listed below. If you want to apply for a course at another school you should complete FormSBALC 10 submit to the Entitlement Coordinator.
If the course you are interested in is not available in any of the SBALC schools you might want to consider accessing it through an FE College. You must talk to a member of the Careers Department about this.

If you are accepted onto a course at Victoria College you will be expected to:
- complete the course that you have committed to;
- attend all of the timetable classes and assessments throughout the academic year (even when this coincides with a closure in your own school);
- comply with the standards of behaviour expected of all pupils attending Methodist College.
