House System The Victoria College House System exists to promote a spirit of competition and teamwork. We have six Houses – Howard, Pakenham, Marlborough, Richmond, Crescent and Wellington. Pupils are encouraged to develop their talents by participating in a range of competitions including public speaking, poetry, drama, dance, athletics and design. These competitions allow the girls to improve the relationships they have with other members of their house.
Each house has a prefect in Upper Sixth as a house captain.
