Playgroup first opened in 1987 and we now have entered our21^st year.  There are twentyfour children in Playgroup between the ages of three and four.  A wide range of activities is offered inconjunction with the Pre School Curriculum. Throughout the year Playgroup has visits to W.5 and StreamvaleFarm.  We have regular visits from HappyHedgehogs Rescue and Guide Dogs for the Blind. Children can participate in sponsored activities for Barnardo’s and inthe summer term Playgroup has its annual Sports Day and barbeque.
