This is when we swap stories about who we have met on site; who is a beneficiary family (those already chosen to live in these new homes) and who is a volunteer hoping to complete enough hours to become eligible.
Most partner families and volunteers have enough English to talk about their families, how many children they have and to thank us for being there.
Then we say thank you, they say thank you, we say thank you and so on until we go back to work.
