Emma Henderson's Success at European Lifesaving Championships in Italy

Emma Henderson was recently selected as the youngest member of the Great Britain team to compete at the European Lifesaving Championships.

The Championships were held between 6 - 8 September 2013 in Riccione Italy; athletes compete in the pool, ocean and also on the beach. Emma made three finals in the pool claiming her first European medal on day 1 of the championships and recorded the fastest time in her age group. Emma's success will hopefully carry her through to selection for the World championships in France in 2014.
